Happy Fall!

Sevierville City Park.  Late picnic lunch.  :)  This park was beautiful!

Covered bridge.  The kids LOVED it!

The walking trail was riverside.  :)

The weather is not in the 90s, but still around 80.  Leaves are starting to change just a bit.  We've got a yard full of fallen leaves, too.  I have had my first PSL of the year.  I think it's about fall!!

New Job!!!

Very unexpected!  I wasn't even looking for a job!  However, that's what I got!  Our good friends from church told us about it.  James works for a company called Team Health and he mentioned to me that they are hiring a bunch of RNs.  So after prayer and discussion, Sean and I decided to put my resume in (with low expectations of getting it!).  Well, I got a call for an interview and ended up getting the job!  I start training Sept 21 and that lasts 3 weeks.  Then I will be on my regular schedule of working 2 eight hour shifts a week.  I am going to be a telephone triage nurse.  And what we LOVE about this is after a few months in the call center, I can work from home, which is fabulous!  It's also more pay than I am making now, which is nice.  And while I do have to make the commute, before working from home, it's about 10 minutes closer than where  I work now.  I am going to miss my old job, but I guess it's a new chapter!  I put my two weeks' notice in yesterday so my last day there will be Sept 19th!  We are excited to see what happens!

Andrew's Monkey Cake

Andrew's favorite animal is a monkey and he carries a monkey stuffed animal around with him everywhere, so it is only fitting that he picked a monkey cake!

Super easy to make!

We realized we had it turned around the wrong way for him!   Oops!

And this is what happens when everyone picks the piece they want!

Andrew's 3!!!!!

So off to Chattanooga we went to stay the weekend!  We stayed at the Chattanooga Choo Choo.  Hotel was undergoing renovations, which we were unaware of, but that's OK.  I'm pretty sure Andrew didn't mind!

Hotel had pretty garden area.

Eating pizza on a train car at the hotel

Yep, still the hotel

It was really hot so the pool felt REALLY good!  This was also the view from our room.

Downtown Chatt

Train ride on the Missionary Ridge Local

Happy little man to be on the train!

Intent on eating ice cream.  Andrew ordered firecracker ice cream (because it was green-his fave color), however, it came embedded with Pop Rocks, which he's never had before.  "Mama, my ice cream is fire!" and then he proceeded to try to pick them out, but settled on eating Hailey's instead and she ate his!

Rock City......of course!

Andrew had been looking forward to this trip for months!  We all really enjoyed our time and it was nice Dad got to join us.  I've got a few more pictures to post later!

Baby #5

Our 20 week anatomy ultrasound was yesterday and all was good!  Baby was extremely active and so they didn't get a good look at spine and face, but they were not concerned and did not want to repeat it.  I had eaten Ramen noodles in the car on the way to the ultrasound and apparently baby liked that!  AND I know what we are having, but Sean does not because he doesn't want to know till birth day.  My mom knows, as well, and one of my close friends.  Oh and Hailey knows.  I'm waiting to see if my Dad and in-laws want to know, but I'm trying to not tell too many other people.  This is fun.  Hope I can keep it a secret!
