It started sleeting/snowing about 6 am on Monday morning and continued on almost nonstop for 24 hours. Sean got off school early yesterday and had today off. I was supposed to work yesterday from 7-3, but my boss let me go home at 11. Both Sean and I had some slipping and sliding on our drive home, but we both made it safe. Sean did get the truck stuck in the driveway, and it's still stuck. It is beautiful outside. Thank the Lord, we have not lost power. It hasn't reached above 33 today so most of it has stuck around. We are expecting negative temps coming our way over the next couple of days and maybe more snow. We will see. I heart the snow! |

| It was cold but I took the boys out to play today and we got to enjoy a day of on and off flurries. As you can see, there was really nothing to show for it, but I will take what I can get. It's still pretty to watch. There were little snowflakes landing on my black coat and I marveled at the intricacies of God's handiwork and His attention to detail. Beautiful. |

| We were so excited that we got to deliver Katie Bates her kitten on her birthday (the very same day the kittens were weaned and ready to be given away) and surprise her. She was surprised and LOVED her new baby! |

| It's funny how we have snow in our forecast often these days and don't see a thing or just a few flurries at most, but the day NO snow is expected, we get a full two days worth of snow enjoyment! This was day 1. We had snow falling from about 9 am until about 8 pm. It is so peaceful and beautiful to watch! God is good! When the boys got up that morning, Ryan asked for snow and I said we would need to pray and ask God. So we did. And He answered our prayer! |

| His shoes look huge because they are! He's wearing Hunter's! Andrew is a true TN boy! He does not like to keep shoes on, no matter the temperature. We lost his last pair. Or rather, HE lost his last pair! |
