Cut a roll of Bounty paper towels into 2 halves. Place one half in an empty 1 gallon ice cream bucket (vertically). Mix 2 cups water, 2 T baby oil, 1 T rubbing alcohol, and 1 T baby wash. Pour liquid over paper towels. Soak 30 mins. Remove cardboard center. Voila!
We just did for the 1st time today and I think it's going to work really well. :) May save some money, too!
