I heard about this site yesterday. It's actually pretty cool. If you are calling a business, like say Verizon or AT&T, and you don't want to listen to the automated computer lady for an hour, you can go to this site, search for the business you are calling, and then get the instructions or codes to bypass all computed lady stuff and get right on to the live person. I haven't used this, but I think I will. It sounds like it would really save time and frustrations.

We have tmobile and when I call I always say I want to order a pizza...it doesnt recognize it and sends me to a person :)
