Pinning Ceremony

It is a nursing tradition to pin graduate nurses by their last clinical instructor......kind of a time honored way of ushering us in from being their students to now being their coworkers.  The ceremony was very nice.  My Dad estimated there were about 200 of us graduating.   I was definitely a little nervous!  My Dad, Grandma, Aunt Melinda, and of course the hubby and boys came to see me.  I got a little emotional.  It still seems very surreal that I am an RN!
