Snow Ice Cream
6 qts. snow (fluffy, not packed)
1 qt. heavy whipping cream (or half and half)
1 1/2 cups sugar
8-10 caps full imitation vanilla (or 4-5 if using real vanilla)
Mix sugar and vanilla; stir in whipping cream.
Start adding snow 2 cups at a time until thick.

We made snow ice cream for the first time. The boys had had it another time with Miss Michaela while we were away, but any way, we made it together as a family this time and it was surprisingly very good!!!
